When you come to the checkout screen you you will be given the opportunity to adopt a marine animal.

When you decide to adopt you will have the opportunity to not only pick
which species you would like but which specific marine animal you would like. You
are given many options stating a small character profile which states their given name, their ID, the date they were first sighted, their gender and their age, plus a small description on the marine animal. This gives you the option to truly choose one that feels connected to you.

You will be charged in one order with your swimwear to save the hassle of putting your details in multiple times.

Our sizing chart is included on the page of all of our products. If you
are still unsure, please email support@ascensionswim.com . They are more than happy to help you find your perfect fit.

In order to prolong and keep your swimwear in its ideal condition,
please make sure you follow the care instructions included on each piece of swimwear.

If your item is delayed for an extended period outside of the regular delivery time we have mentioned, we recommend contacting the courier directly
to open an investigation. Unfortunately, we cannot be of any help once the items have left our warehouse.

WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE
CREDIT.  
 

In order to receive store credit your items must meet the following criteria:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.

Please note that our sale items are not eligible for
returns, all sale items are final. This includes any order with a discount applied.

 

To return your item please email support@ascensionswim.com .

We recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we will not be issuing returns if lost in transit.

Please email support@ascensionswim.com with your order number and a photo of your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will
send out a replacement to compensate. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.

We are unfortunately unable to make changes to your order once it is
placed, If you need to update the delivery address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

All items ordered before 2PM PDT will be dispatched on the same day and delivered within 5-7 business days and 2 days with express shipping.

Please note, that shipping/delivery times are out of our control once we
dispatch our items and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in the delivery to you.
